Use of the RocketADA Compliance Software is hereby licensed to the owner of the website signed for under the terms of sale only, and is restricted to use on the website the software is licensed for. Any unauthorized use of the licensed Rocket ADA software, logos, or other banding and information is strictly forbidden. Additional licenses may be obtained for the use of the RocketADA Compliance software on additional client websites at https://RocketADA.com
By your use of the software on your website, you agree to be bound by the conditions of the terms outlined in this License and Usage Agreement and failure to strictly adhere to these policies and terms may result in the immediate forfeiture of your rights to use the software and service. In the event of such a case, the software license will be deactivated and you will be asked to immediately remove the software from your systems and website servers. Failure to comply within 72hrs of the request to remove will result in legal action being taken against the client company and it’s ownership. You hereby agree to cover the cost of all legal fees incurred by RocketADA, The Miller Firms, and all affiliated parties involved in the protection and safeguard of the RocketADA brand and use in accordance with these terms as outlined by your continued use of the software for your website. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or refunds or partial refunds will be given in the event that you are found to be in violation with this agreement at any time.
